Korean background. Coming from an Asian background I quickly realised the challenges we face when it comes to health and fitness. Not enough of us are aware of the physiological differences.
Combining my passion and experience in fitness I want to educate other female Asian about how our bodies and mind differ from other ethnics. This not only comes from genetic factors but from environmental and nutrition. If our bodies are differently so should our training.
My mission is to help empower other Asian women to love their bodies while finding inspiration through fitness and food.
