ASIANS CAN SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE SERIOUS HEALTH RISKS AND FEEL ABSOLUTE

Obesity is a significant health concern that relates to other diseases at risk. As mentioned in my post “Looks can be Deceiving”, I mentioned that the 5 top risks of inactivity hits Asians harder caused by our uninformed knowledge of how our bodies are built and how they work.

We are born with lower birth weight, smaller body frames, and shorter leg to trunk length and therefore reflects the presence of less skeletal and muscle mass and more body and trunk fat.

Because of this, Asians in particular hold much of their fat in their abdomen. Unfortunately this is Visceral fat – the type of fat that causes harmful effects to the body.
