What’s this about?

Myself: Certified Personal Trainer III & IV – Specialising in women’s health and strength training.

Coming from an Asian (Korean) background, I quickly realised the challenges we face when it comes to health and fitness. Not enough of us are aware of the physiological differences among various ethnics.

Combining my passion and experience in fitness, I want to educate other Asian women about how our bodies and minds differ from other ethnics. These differences include genetic, environmental and nutritional factors. If our bodies are different, so should our training.

My mission is to help empower other Asian women to love their bodies while finding inspiration through fitness and food.
